I have not forgotten about you.
I have post that will go up soon-ish, but until then, please be content with this.
Real Life decided to intervene, in both a awesome and horrendous way.
1. I GOT ENGAGED!!!11!!! Seven and a half years we have been together.
2. Eight days later I decided to test Newton's Theory of Gravity while on my bicycle. It still exists. On the other hand, I broke both elbows. My left radial head, and my right olecranon (sp?) aka funny bone.
I. BROKE. MY FUNNY BONE.
IT WASN'T FUNNY. It has been a humbling 4 weeks tomorrow since my accident, and Hubby Dearest has been a right trooper, even when I got shipped off to my parents for them to look after me as DH was out of hiQs depth. (Mum is ex-medical of 30+ years)
Also, I'm going to let you imagine what a broken limb feels like (kudos if you have actually broken a bone). Now, toss a Charlie Horse muscle spasm on top of that.
That's right, go cower in your corner, whimpering in pain.
I'll not regale you of the tales that ensued from Dear Hubby trying to brush my hair, feed me cooked vegetable shakes, or the agony of having to have your arms rotated into hideous positions for trying to get x-rays & CT scans done.
I didn't even get good drugs from the hospital. :( x 1k
Update soon, I swear. Once I get my life skills back....like brushing my hair.
